Hello from a very chilly Nelson where frost covers everything out there! A minus 5 frost, cloud cover and I am guessing a very chilly day ahead! Quite a huge contrast to Ashley and Barbara at present! Maybe our plans for a BBQ lunch at Rabbit Island will go on hold!
We have Philip and Sue and Matt from Rotorua here with us.....there arrived to rain in Thursday but the rest of the days have been clear and beautiful, we have enjoyed getting out and about with them.
Jayne and Amy are home and return to Chch ( a minus 7 frost this morning!! ) this week, Amy Wednesday and Jayne Thursday. Amy is heading back with her friend Beth and Jayne is driving herself ....yes, a car purchase has been made! Amy is off to Dunedin for the weekend. They are both waiting for exam results!
Willie and Philip and Sue have left to walk to the Centre of NZ...am sure they will find it a very chilly experience on a morning like this but they are well clothed with beanies, gloves and jackets! Perhaps I should have taken a photo!
